Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled by contacting us directly via phone or text at (951) 310-2790 or through our website contact form. Submitting a contact form or inquiry does not guarantee an appointment — all bookings are confirmed only when you receive direct confirmation from us.

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments as needed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Service Area

We provide mobile, in-home services throughout the Inland Empire and Orange County areas. Service availability may vary by location. Please contact us to confirm we can serve your area before booking.

Pricing & Payment

Service pricing is listed on our website and is subject to change. We will always confirm pricing before providing services. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept the following payment methods:

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once a massage or coaching session has been completed, services are considered rendered and are generally non-refundable.

Client Responsibilities

By booking a session, you confirm that you have disclosed any relevant health conditions, injuries, or medical concerns that may affect your treatment. You understand that massage therapy and movement coaching involve physical contact and movement, and you agree to communicate any discomfort during your session. You acknowledge that results may vary and that our services are not a substitute for professional medical treatment.
