7+ Years Helping People Move & Feel Better
Licensed therapist. Certified movement coach. Competitive athlete. Justin brings all of it to every session.
Justin Semaan
Sports Massage Therapist & Movement SpecialistI got into this work because I’ve lived it. I’ve competed seriously in soccer, basketball, tennis, track and field, kickboxing, golf, and triathlons. I know what it feels like to push your body to its limits — and I know what happens when it starts breaking down. That experience is what drives how I approach every client.
Over the past 7+ years, I’ve treated thousands of people — professional athletes, college competitors, weekend warriors, and people who just want their back to stop hurting. I’ve worked with clients as young as 9 and as old as 90. No two bodies are the same, and I don’t treat them like they are.
My sessions start with assessment and palpation to understand exactly what’s going on. From there, I use whatever combination of modalities will get you the best result — deep tissue, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, cupping, blading, or hot stones. I’m not running a spa. I’m solving problems.
I also specialize in movement coaching through the GOATA methodology. If you’re dealing with recurring pain or limitations — especially in your feet, knees, hips, back, or shoulders — it’s often a movement problem, not just a tissue problem. I assess your gait, posture, and loading patterns, then retrain your nervous system to move more efficiently. The result is less pain, better performance, and a body that actually works the way it’s supposed to.
“Every body and every session is specific to what someone is needing. I guarantee I can help you.”

GOATA stands for Greatest Of All Time Athletes. It’s a movement methodology that studies the movement patterns of elite athletes to identify what makes human movement efficient.
As a certified GOATA coach, Justin assesses your gait, posture, and loading patterns, then uses specific movement drills to retrain your nervous system for more efficient, pain-free movement.
Justin works with clients from age 9 to 90. He’s treated young athletes, college and professional competitors, active adults, and elderly clients dealing with mobility issues. Every session is customized to the individual regardless of age or fitness level.
Justin combines licensed massage therapy with certified movement coaching — a rare combination that lets him address both the symptoms (pain, tension, restriction) and the root cause (inefficient movement patterns).
His background as a competitive multi-sport athlete means he understands the demands of high-level physical activity from personal experience, not just textbooks.
No. While Justin has extensive experience with professional, college, and amateur athletes, the majority of his clients are everyday people dealing with back pain, neck stiffness, knee issues, or general discomfort.
